$10,000,000 Investor Debt Note Offering
This debt offering by Mission Financial Group (MFG) is for notes in amounts from $5,000 to $100,000 with various interest rate and yield and for terms from 6 to 36 months. Interest rates and yields are to be quoted at the time of subscription and may vary from time to time based on market conditions and company needs. MFG reserves the right to set interest rates at its sole discretion prior to issuance of each investor note. MFG may also issue additional debt obligations which may be secured by a lien or security interest in the companies assets which may have a priority for payment above the priority of these notes.
Interest will either be paid monthly or if elected by investor, paid at note maturity with interest compounded monthly. Investor may tender note for payment in full prior to maturity provided investor gives 60 days notice, although MFG will not be obligated to accept tender, MFG will recalculate note rate applicable to interest and yield that would apply to term of investment. Investor notes are payable by MFG at any time without penalty.
This offering of investor notes is limited to and offered only to qualified residents and/or businesses of the State of Montana with no intent of distributing these notes outside of the State of Montana.
